1. Limited Warranty Coverage

The P.I.G. Hog Trap LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the P.I.G. Hog Trap system and covered components shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended, and lawful use for a period of four (4) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only when the Product is installed, maintained, handled, and used in accordance with all written instructions, product documentation, website guidance, and applicable laws.

This warranty is intended to provide durable field-service coverage for agricultural, wildlife control, nuisance animal management, land management, conservation, and government use. It does not guarantee animal behavior, capture success, population reduction results, or site-specific effectiveness.

2. Who This Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

The original purchaser means the first person, business, institution, government agency, conservation organization, department, or public entity that purchased the Product either directly from The P.I.G. Hog Trap LLC or through an authorized reseller.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Structural Components

Third-party accessories, cameras, batteries, feeders, solar equipment, electronics, and separately branded products are covered only by the warranty, if any, provided by their original manufacturer.

Missing Components at Delivery
Manufacturing Defects in Netting
Failed Reinforcement Stitching
Separated Seams
Defective Hardware
Defective Buckles
Defective Rings
Structural Component Failure
Premature Hardware Failure
Material Defects Affecting Normal Function

6. Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, vandalism, theft, severe weather events, natural disasters, corrosion from chemical exposure, saltwater exposure, consumable components, transportation damage, unlawful use, animal behavior, or capture outcomes.

The P.I.G. Hog Trap LLC does not warrant or guarantee capture success, animal behavior, population reduction outcomes, site-specific effectiveness, or compliance with local regulations. Purchasers are responsible for lawfully operating and maintaining the Product and complying with all applicable federal, state, local, tribal, and municipal laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The P.I.G. Hog Trap LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or economic damages including loss of profits, crops, livestock, revenue, hunting opportunities, labor costs, travel expenses, equipment costs, project delays, downtime, or losses arising from capture failure.
